The attention of the the sporting world (particularly lacrosse fans) are on Central New York again this week. Here is a new structure located on the Onondaga Nation finished in time for the World Indoor Lacrosse Championships.
Drexel Univeresity’s Nabil Akl winds up for a score in the first period for the Turkish National Team at the Village Pavillion on Friday. Akl is a graduate of Lafayette High. Turkey’s first-ever World Indoor Lacrosse Championship opponent was Switzerland.
