Raul Malo (right) and Eddie Perez from The Mavericks performed at last weekend’s 34th Annual Syracuse Jazz Festival.
When it comes to the summer outdoor concert season, The Syracuse Jazz Fest is an event nonpareil. This year’s 34th show was a blast and we eagerly anticipate next year’s version. Here are a some of the artists we’d love to see for the 35th Annual Syracuse Jazz Fest next year:
- Stevie Wonder
- The Internet
- Anita Baker
- Brian Culbertson
- Lalah Hathaway
- Wyclef Jean
- Antoinette Henry
- Kamasi Washington
- Roy Ayers
- And any of the following via hologram or on the jumbotron: Grover, Ray Charles, Miles, Dizzy, or Phyllis Hyman
