Ave Bauder donned an old military uniform and provided history and context about the Soldiers and Sailors Monument in Clinton Square yesterday. His presentation, which was part of the Patriot Tour, was part of the Downtown Committee’s Wednesday Walk Tours.

Hula Hoop Roll, Clinton Square
Sibling rockers Arleigh and Jackson Kincheloe led the group Sister Sparrow and the Dirty Birds as the headliners for last night show in Syracuse. The duo and their rock/blues group will play the Sunset Concert series in Telluride, CO later this month.
The much needed rain showers finally stopped, and the night session of the NYS Blues Festival heated up Clinton Square last night.
Brandon Santini, vocalist and harmonica player in appeared at NYS Bluesfest on Friday. He will play the Windsor Blues fest in Canada on July 16.
