Professor Charisse L’Pree sees selfies as the new poetry and encourages judicious sharing.
For her TEDx talk Professor Charisse L’Pree gave a pedestrian psycho-analysis of our need for selfies (a term that originated in 2002).
L’Pree, who will publish a book of her self-portraits, encourages healthy selfies and said different selfies meet different needs.

He talked about his work in the South and about his decision to document the Civil Rights Movement during a visit to Syracuse University on Monday. Tonight he will give a lecture at Art Rage Gallery.
