Barry Muskat, find<\/a> developer from Buffalo, talked about 709 East Genesee Street on Thursday.<\/p><\/div>\n

On one hand developer Barry Muskat sounds like a comedian (listen to sound clip below); on the other hand, he is definitely an optimist. His company\u00a0has taken over 709 East Genesee Street, brought in United Uniform as an anchor tenant, and he’s not done yet.<\/p>\n

The property is located across from Forman Park, between the Crowne Plaza Hotel and the Parkview Hotel.<\/p>\n

During the press conference to announce the winners of the Connective Corridor facade grant winners (round 2), Muskat hilariously walked business owners, officials and the press through his firm’s plans.<\/p>\n

He praised officials from the Connective Corridor and local businesses for changing what he called the “psychological infrastructure” of the neighborhood.<\/p>\n

North Face: As Muskat gave his comments at the press conference, the work continued on the United Uniform commercial space, which is schedule to open on Monday.<\/p><\/div>\n
