Ray had it. Sam had it.\u00a0Stevie has it and yes Porter too, has that vibe of a pioneer.<\/p>\n<p>Jazz Fest Producer Frank Malfitano even said he was one of the most talented jazz singers of the last 3 decades.<\/p>\n<p>During the finale\u00a0Porter mesmerized the crowd with\u00a0<em>1960 What<\/em>, a homage to\u00a0cities such as Detroit. Coincidentally,\u00a0 Malfitano used to produce that city&#8217;s Jazz Fest.<\/p>\n<p>New fans showered Porter with appreciation during an impromptu meet-and-greet beside the stage following his set.
