Today&#8217;s CBT X\u00a0schedule featured a panel discussion about &#8220;Saving Our Black and Latino Boys&#8221; at the School of Education that featured Syracuse Police Chief Frank Fowler,\u00a0former SU Football player <a title=\"A Alif\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sif.net\/boycott70-revisited.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">A. Alif Muhammad<\/a>, Keith Alford, Dalia Rodriguez and Jeff Mangram. Muhammad (standing in photo above) stressed education with cultural sensitivity and warned against misrepresenting the behavior of black and Latino young men.
