The Alvin Ailey masterwork &#8220;Revelations&#8221; was also featured. Dancers from Ailey II and Artistic Director Troy Powell facilitated a discussion afterwards. The event was held at CFAC.<\/p>\n<p>The Alvin Ailey Dance Theater was formed in 1958. Ailey II was formed in 1974 as the company&#8217;s outreach and training vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>If \u00a0you work near Syracuse University or along the Connective Corridor, consider yourselves lucky if you made it to this event because tomorrow&#8217;s show at SUNY Oswego is sold out.
