The third finale will be held tonight.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Thanks to Larry Luttinger for inviting us to this event last night. The\u00a0OCPL Masterclass\u00a0sounds like a great way to expose emerging and under represented talent. \u00a0We also found out that the Masterclass is a free program.
