Her areas of expertise include persuasive communications and media psychology.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Pree\u2019s presentation on &#8220;The #Healthyselfie&#8221; was a crowd pleaser at TEDx Syracuse University back in April.<\/p>\n<p>A selfie is still a selfie, even if you don&#8217;t share it or post in on social media, she says, because in our hyper-connected world we use them to encode our memories and document our lives.<\/p>\n<p>We look forward to L&#8217;Pree&#8217;s forthcoming selfie book, <em>The Media Made Me Crazy<\/em>.
