These days a party’s just not a party until Second Line Syracuse meanders on through. They did just that during the Festival of the Fantastical Follicle last Friday. When they show up it’s always Mardi Gras or Carnival!
Mike Heagerty kept time for the band as they descended to the lobby.

We briefly followed Neil Huber on Friday evening during the Festival of the Fantastical Facial Follicle. He was last year’s “focus” category champion.
As a former category winner, Heuber knows how to work his beard swag.
Rule No. 1: Always act surprised when you get a favorable score.
When all else fails kiss up to the judges.
