(April 17, 2007) Linda Hicks, co-founder of KJ's Angels, listens to testimony Capt. Tom Serrao during the KJ's Angels Memorial Fundraiser held Sunday. Serrao educates police about the delicate process of informing and questioning families who experience the loss of an infant during the first 2 years of life. KJ's Angels is a non-profit organization that provides financial assistance towards cemetery markers and burial costs to bereaved families that have experienced the loss of an infant or a child in pregnancy.
