A Village Can Chart the Pathway to Success
Members of the Ed Smith School Notable Singers (above) were among the performers who took the stage at Corcoran High School during the Syracuse City School District's 6th Annual National African American Parent Involvement Day (NAAPID) celebration.
NAAPID, which was founded by Joseph Dulin, is held on the second Monday in February.
