Terry Baker is a freelance journalist who lives and works in Syracuse. He is a native of West Grove, Pennsylvania and a graduate of American and Syracuse Universities.

A self-described concerned photographer, Mr. Baker considers taking pictures a joyous opportunity. He grew up with a fond appreciation for the work of Gordon Parks and W. Eugene Smith.
