Choices---Primary Day is Tuesday and candidates (from left to right) Steve Coker, Thomas Seals and Khalid Bey presented their strategies during a debate at the Westcott Community Center last week. Coker and Bey are challenging incumbent Seals for the Common Council seat for Syracuse's 4th District. The 4th District includes the mid-town business district as well as part of Syracuse Unviersity and the city's South side.
